              My system ************** was installed on 06/30, and the sales team confirmed it would be compatible with my existing smart vent (whole house fan) which we used regularly to cool the house. After installation, issues were flagged by the city inspector. A technician addressed these issues on 08/22, but at that time it was discovered the smart vent wasn't working correctly. Due to high July temperatures, the system wasn't used until August, which delayed noticing the problem.After the technician checked the system, it was confirmed that while the system was working, the airflow was very weak. The technician believed this was due to the furnace being entry-level and lacking a multi-speed fan, causing the smart vent to operate at a low level leaving it inoperable. I contacted ********* to resolve the issue, and they sent another technician, who determined that the motor was burnt out and advised me to contact a different **** company for repairs.For the past five weeks, I have repeatedly contacted *********, and each time I've been told that an email was sent to the supervisor, ****, who would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. To date, I have not received a call or email back from ********* to address this issue despite persistently calling weekly. My last call was on 09/19.
