Had my car towed in to the service department because it would not start (3 other shops could not figure out the issue) after a few days my service advisor *************************** tells me what the issue is and I give the go ahead to fix. They then proceed to tell me that the car just doesnt sound 100 percent and would be another 400$ to see why it doesnt sound 100 percent. As a single mother that just used everything I had to fix the car I couldnt afford that. When I went in to pick up my car with my 2 kids.. it was NOT mentioned at any point that they didnt think it was safe to drive and let me drive off the lot with my 2 children. On the hour drive home the check engine light comes on and we barely make it home and the very next day car is back to not starting. I tell service advisor the issue and was told that the techs only drove it around the lot because it was making a noise. So heres my think If they didnt feel it was safe to drive off of the lot why let me drive of the lot with to young children???. He could have at least mentioned that he didnt believe it to be safe and that I should have it towed or go ahead and pay the extra money to have them diagnose it and I would had figured it out from there but I would have never driven off of the lot with my kids if I had know they didnt even think it was safe! And after all the money I spent Im back to the SAME ISSUE THE VERY NEXT DAY!!!!!!
