      Performed the first replacement of filters at the 6-month ***** Afterward, there was no longer any water at the faucet. Now, two months later and still no ** water to drink. Confirmed multiple times that input water pressure is at or above their specifications. They have provided multiple replacement parts and after repeating troubleshooting steps for a few different help desk technicians, there is still no output from the ** cartridge. They have now stopped responding to my requests for assistance, so I have escalated my demand for a full refund and the return of their equipment. At no time was a conversation initiated by Express Water, I have had to call or send an e-mail to get a response, sometimes occurring days later. Proven faulty equipment and poor customer service. I do not expect to favorably resolve this with Express Water so may have take other steps to do so.

      We have really awful well water. We've been lugging 5-gallon jugs to fill and use for 13 years. WHY did I do that for thirteen YEARS?? I didn't think there was a home system capable of making our water drinkable, let alone desirable. We incorrectly assumed that such a system would be nearly $1,000 and would cost hundreds each year for replacement filters. A lot of the filters you see say "not intended for well water" or say "intended for municipal water", etc. This one didn't say that though, but it also didn't explicitly state that it could be used, or would work well, with well water. We got the version with the ** filter since the well isn't treated with any kind of chlorine and there's no other sanitization process.We did NOT expect this to be amazing - we figured our nasty water would clog the filters within a few weeks - figured we'd still taste well-water-yuck at least a little, but maybe could use it to make coffee with... hopefully. We're almost a year in now. We changed the filters at 6 months, no earlier than recommended. We got the clear housings so we could monitor the filters. This has been the best investment we ever made, hands down. It has turned our well water into the tastiest drinking water you've ever had. We went from a household that rarely drank water to a healthier, hydrated family who always has their double-wall stainless bottles by their side. I can't imagine how much this will impact our health in the long run (in a good way) and my son will certainly have healthier hydration habits than we did. Granted, it did turn us into water snobs, but I'm OK with that.Express Water - ** and alkaline remineralization reverse osmosis system = A+++++

      The product did not produce the results as expected based off completed water tests. I had a polite and professional return of the product with no issues. The staff took care of me and I really appreciated it. Not sure why others had issues when returning a product.

      Terrible customer service, before you invest, please be aware that in the case of future issues, the company will have you conduct extensive troubleshooting despite providing proof that the unit is not working properly and having insurance on the item.

      One of the best companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service!!! I installed one of their systems in my old home and installing a new system in my new home was a top priority. I didn't require customer service at all on the new home install because Express Water was so good during my inital install in my old home. Cannot recommend enough!!!

      I contacted Express Water and asked for a recommendation based on my water quality They went above and beyond to not only recommend a water system but also walked me through the installation process which was quick and easy.I made a mistake during installation and they were quick to remedy the situation.I would highly recommend this company not just the product is great but so is there customer service.
