I made an $840.00 purchase from Home Cinema Center, but realized it didn't give any shipping information once my order was complete. I called to get that information and the guy who answered was very rude and ****. He told me to check online and not to call back for at least one week. (REALLY?!?!?). So I did that and one week later, still no information online in my account with them so I called for the second time. Seemed to be the same guy that answered the phone previously. What are the odds of that? This time I was told customer service would contact me in 2 days and he hung up before even asking who I was or my contact information. At this point I sent a very polite email requesting shipping information or any information at all. Waited. 2 days later and still no response of any kind. I called today 12/23/21 to verify the order as I noticed the payment had not been pulled from my account yet. I asked if it doesn't get pulled until the items ship and he did say that is the procedure (this is the ONLY information I have gotten from him). When I asked to speak to someone in customer service he told me that was impossible as they take "****** emails a day" and could not stop to answer my questions. I was in mid sentence trying to tell him that I had already emailed them and had had no response so far, and he smooth hung up on me. Customer service is nonexistent. Pretty sure it's a one man operation and he is a grump. The other customer review was dead on! Stay away from this company. I even contacted the vendor for the products that I was purchasing and told them that their reseller wasn't doing them any favors. Terrible company to deal with. Staying far, far away from HCC.
