I went to Scotts in ******* at **** London Square, with a party of 7 people. We were seated around 7:20pm and that was fine. We all ordered at the same time. Some of us got a salad which we got right away. At this point we already had our entree order in. We finished the salads about 7:35pm and we then ended up waiting over an hour for our meal. I informed them that I was not longer hungry due to the long wait and to cancel my order. They said that would be okay. All of a sudden, they brought my meal at this point it is about 8:45pm which was too late to eat and to top that off they did it wrong it had veggies I stated no veggies and it was over cooked. I told them that I refused the food and to please take it off the ****. They kept saying just take it home I said "no" and it is not right. ********* was our waitress and she was nice and we asked to talk to the main manager because she said she could not take it off without approval. ****** was the main manager and he came over and right from the start he was rude and very abrasive. I explained the issue and did not want the food and he got even madder and told me that its mine and he is not going to listen or deal with me. I did not eat the meal they ended up throwing it away I should not have to pay for a meal that was wrong and that I never ate not even taste it. I ordered the filet mignon which was $45.95 and I would like to be reimbursed for it. I thought the law was if you do not eat and refuse it you do not have to pay for it. ****** just kept coming at me and I felt threatened. I feel very sorry for the workers as they seemed scared of him and he handles guest the same way. He should have been understanding, not telling me what I am going to do. I would like the money back in cash as I do not want to eat there again if he is working there. He also stood around out table acting like we were and were an inconvenience for him. I did not eat the food. Pay me back.
