    ****. Signed up for a 2 year plan because the site simultaneously advertised 34% off all plans, and 40% off (up to $40) first medication order. The membership explicitly said "pay $5.36/mo for 24 months, billed at $128.70 today".As soon as I signed up and paid the $128.70, the 40% off offer completely disappeared from the medication I had in my cart and would no longer apply. Furthermore, the site advertised 25% off subsequent medication orders, but as soon as I subscribed, the benefit changed to 20% off. Finally, and the worst part, the site only granted me a 1 year subscription, meaning I paid $128.70 for 12 months instead of the advertised 24 months! It said I would be rebilled at full price ($195 after 1 year)... the false and deceptive advertising was so egregious it was hard to believe.I spent about an hour putting together an email with screen shots of everything and asked for a refund, just a simple refund and I'd be on my way. The next business day I received an impersonal email stating Dutch would like to schedule a call with me. Instead of a simple response saying they would refund me, I'd have to use MORE time and energy to talk to someone... why??I made a phone appointment, the time came and went... NO CALL. I emailed, called, texted, left a chat message. Finally, someone called. They could barely communicate with me due to a language barrier, fine. The really bad part is that they hadn't even READ my email. They asked me to explain the situation to them. Are you kidding me?? I told them to please read the email while I was on the phone waiting.They then said they didn't have the authority to issue a refund and would have to escalate. WHY WASTE MY TIME WITH A PHONE CALL when you are only going to connect me with someone who hasn't even read my email, and who can't do anything about it??? Now I have been on hold for almost half an hour waiting for them to get back to me on whether they can do anything about refunding me.
