      I have been trying to get a replacement under warranty for a faulty device for two months now. Their customer service is horrendous and they move at a snails pace. Initially they told me they couldnt find the order. I had to spend 2 weeks proving to them I had a device under warranty. When they finally admitted to their mistake, it took another week to print a return shipping label. Then the label they sent me was for the wrong product (a smart TV rather than Renogy One M1). When they finally gave me the right shipping label and I returned the device, they held onto it for 2 weeks for testing. They finally said okay it is broken and needs to be replaced, and I am now in limbo waiting for them to ship the replacement and send me a tracking number. Two months in total so far. I havent been able to monitor the batteries or solar system on my camper van for 2 months.

      Wish I could give negative 5 stars. Ordered over 2k worth of panels. Received only 2. Rest show delivered in ******** - mind you I live in ****. They are like "We need to review with our logistics team for 2-5 days and will get back with you" Feels like I've been the victim of a bait and switch fraudulent thing. Will never order from them again. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I just want my money back at this point.

      I had purchased the Rover 60A MPPT for a solar project I was working on. The device was acting weird in a variety of ways. No big deal, things happen... I contacted customer support and after several weeks of providing measurements, pictures and videos of the settings on the device, it was deemed defective by Renogy personnel and I was told that I would be issued a full refund and I could dispose of the device. Luckily I did not. Then, nothing... I didn't hear back for several months. I tried calling constantly, only for my call to be dropped after waiting in queue for hours. Eventually I received two or three emails back to back and, without giving me a chance to see them, they closed the case and marked it as "resolved". I called back, finally got ahold of someone, and they opened another case for the same issue. They told me that I would have to send in the device so the engineers could test if it was defective or not. Since previous Renogy personnel deemed the device to be defective, I was confident that I would see my refund. A couple weeks later, the engineers claimed that the device was not broken and that some of the parameters were set wrong. If this was actually the case, why was this not brought up during troubleshooting earlier? I was told that I would have to now pay for the return for this device, despite everything previously mentioned. It had been about 8 months at this point and I had replaced the device with one from another brand. I strongly asked for a refund and the 'best' they could do was a refund with 30% depreciation. I feel like this company profited off of me. They gave me the run around for months. Their components aren't high quality enough to deal with all of ******* advice: spend the extra money and purchase something from a better company, such as *******. Some components may work for you but heaven forbid if they actually break. You will be pulling your hair out at the end of it.

      renogy products failed and burnt out #5 Rv batteries and #3 solar panels failed. renogy and insurer chubb insurance were notified usps cert. Mail. Bbb and dca were notified cert mail, all turned out to REPROBATES AT BEST... I HAD TO ENDURE SCORCHING TEMP. 2023 IN CA DESERT FOR 7 WEEKS DAILY WITH NO AC NO DC. RESULTANT IN LEFT VENTRICLE HYPERTROPHY, AND A CASCADE OF HEALTH PROBLEMS DUE TO THE ASSES AND BASTARDS AKA renogy and chubb insurance, MAY THEY BURN IN HELL EACH AND EVERY DAY, HORRAH HORRAH HORRAH.

      I regret buying a Renogy Phoenix 500.I bought and successfully used the Renogy Phoenix 500 last summer for about 2 months. I carefully stored it in my home over winter, monitoring the charge carefully as needed. It did not get cold. It did not get hot. I brought it out for my cross country trip this summer and though it says it's fully charged, no output. Nothing. It just turns off. I contacted Renogy via their customer service platform, sent in the required video explaining my situation and was told 'out of warranty but we might be able to give you a 5% discount on a new one.' We're talking 14 months here, mostly in storage. Sure, I definitely want to buy another flashy 15 lb paperweight. Renogy does not stand by their product. Their customer service platform makes it clear their intent is to keep you at arms distance by requiring videos and no human contact. And a 5% discount is insulting, even to would be happy return customers. Do not buy **********************.       Would not even give a 1 star but zero is not an option. The lithium battery system purchased failed immediately. Have been dealing with their engineering team for 3 months attempting to have a replacement sent as it is warrantied. Have gotten nothing but the run around with this company. Do not trust this company.

      After having half my solar panels fail after only 2 years and having to go through the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with for warranty claim, I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM RENOGY!They used to be a local company with a good reputation. Now they have outsourced their warranty claims to the ************* and it is beyond unprofessional. The first person I talked to never even started the claim process so after a couple of days waiting for the email to file my documentation I had to call back and start from scratch. Now for a month I have been told that my case has been escalated and re-escalated and re-re-escalated. (I wasnt even aware that was a word!) They have repeatedly asked for information that is fully visible in the support email chain from day one! When I requested a supervisor to contact me, I received a form letter that they couldnt even bother to fill in the place holder for specific product/item. All of them should be fired. I cant imagine this level of ineptitude and unprofessionalism helps cut costs for Renogy in any way. Its been a month now that Ive have been running in half power in my home, unable to run my AC during a major heatwave. Its totally ridiculous and should have been easy handled within a week or two at the **** Now Im being forced to look into a lawsuit including damages as I dont foresee ever getting replacements at this point. They should be far more functional and professional when failure of their products directly affects peoples lives. But Im just one of hundreds of complaints so it seems they really dont care.

      Worst company - outsourced and inept customer service. Shipping incorrect product a hassle, and then on followup the solar panel was damaged because of grossly insufficient packing. Shipping a solar panel in a thin cardboard box with 1 layer of cardboard. Lastly - the Renogy ************ meter isnt accurate. They have a **************** address (**********), but its a 100% foreign operation

      I Purchased, Renogy battery 300 AH February 24 on June 26 I contacted Renogy having a problem with the battery no amperage and its been a nightmare ever since I loaded all kinds of video on ******* for them use a multimeter sent them all kinds of picture They finally sent me a return authorization now they are telling me I wasnt supposed to send it back because they didnt authorize it. Meanwhile, I sent them the paperwork showing them that they authorized it. with five different people, Amazon has sent them five letters, asking them for a refund they have not responded if this is the kind of warranty they have. This is not a good company.
