I had my car in for service on 12-9-22 at the ******* Chevrolet dealer in New ******, **. I went to write a check for $573.00 but my check was declined. I immediately called my Genisys credit union and they said I had over $4000.00 in my checking account. I ended up paying the amount with a credit card and filled out a Cross Check form on the same da that is on their website. I received a form letter from them on 12-12-22 stating nothing had been resolved. I called them but I did not get anywhere since everything is voice activated and "zero" actual people to talk to. I want my stellar credit rating not to be besmirched and I want to know why my check was declined.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not satisfied with "double talk" explanation and when I asked to further explain the women told me my check that I wrote was declined due to certain "parameters" and "percentages" which I was not privy to. I do not regret having made this complaint especially when the women told me it should not happen to me again. I have an impeccable financial record and a credit score in the 800's. I  had 4 times the funds in my account to cover the check and I pay bills on time and I don't bounce checks. I also have been gainfully employed and there is no conceivable parameter or risk statistic that could justify declining my check. I spoke to my banker after this incident to make sure I did not have a banking problem. He assured  me everything in my account was in order and he told me I was the last person he thought this would happen to. My complaint is real. Their incompetence is real. They seem to prey on innocent people.
      Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I want an apology to my ******* dealership where they were advised to decline my check. Also when Cross Check contacted me they gave me zero reason why they did this. I will not be satisfied until I get a call from the dealership telling me that Cross Check apologized for wrongly advising them to decline my *************************************************************************************

A salesperson from Crosscheck **** has called our company soliciting for merchant services. They have called in the past and were told we were not interested. Recently, on 2/2/22 at 3:08 pm, the gentleman called from phone number ************ and was told we were not interested in services and do not utilize merchant services. He very aggressively did not accept my responses to his questions. He was told multiple times that we are not interested. This same salesperson called back on 2/7/22 at 11:55 am. I advised him that he called last week and was told again that we were not interested and to remove us from his call list. He said "No, it doesn't work like that" hinting that he would not remove us from his call list upon our request. This company has sour and aggressive business tactics that tread on the line of harassment. This is said based on multiple conversations with this same salesperson. Instead of accepting that we don't use these services and aren't interested in further conversation with the company, this person argues and demands to speak to someone else while refusing to remove us from their calling list. This is a complete waste of our company time and should not be an acceptable business practice. We would like to be removed from ever being contacted by any person of this company in the future.
