We went with Aztec solar 2 years ago my wife and I are caregivers for her 88 year father after the 1st rain we noticed are front pouch was leaking we took photos and video we contacted Aztec they sent a tech out he told use that are valleys where failing we have never had a leak before but we gave Aztec the benefit of the dought we had are valleys worked on this years rain was substantially worse as was the leaking my elderly father in-laws closet ceiling collapsed his bathroom started leaking shorted out his light I made a funnel at the leak so he could use his bathroom I cleaned up the fallen ceiling that was full of black mold sealed his closet ceiling and covered and sealed of his closet because are concerns of the black mold again contacted Aztec it was almost impossible to get a call back and yet again they said it was are problem I investigated the installation of the solar panels and noticed that are tiles where lifted 1/4'' to a 1/2'' where they installed panel brackets we call a roofer out to look and give his opinion while Aztecs tech was on site saying its are flashing now the roofer said that even if was the leaking would only go so far not the 20' he also said that panels should not have bin installed do to 2 different pitches from main roof to porch a he the water is accumulating at that point of pitches the tech **** said he would talk to mark his boss and get back to that afternoon its bin 2 months and no call yesterday are power went out for almost 6 hours the $16,000.000 back up batteries we purchased did not work I pleaded with ********* from Aztec to send out a tech he said its Friday and a holiday weekend the lack of response uncaring throughout these couple years is just is destroying are home the stress is unbearable at this point we believe its elder abuse can someone please help before they kill my elderly father in-law we are not rich and can not afford an attorney thank you in anticipation *******************************
