Complete Comfort Inc. Response

Mr. ******,
Thanks for sharing your concerns. I want to clear up a few things as many statements you have made are false:
1. Your mother wasnt left without ***** has two AC units, and one was still working. She was not left with out AC. The failed unit in question was at a total loss and would require significant repairs which could not be completed at the time due to parts needed to be ordered upon your approval. This quote was sent Monday (9/30)
2. When you called and set up the initial call for your mother we explained to you that the labor warranty had expired by 2 years, but manufacturer parts would still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. What is not covered would need to be paid for. You agreed to these terms. You also stated that you or your wife would need be there to help make decisions as your mother was not in a condition that she could make decisions. Neither of you were on site so we contacted you via phone calls and explained everything.
3. After receiving the quote you asked to speak to a manger and cussed our dispatcher out, you were informed that the manager would be out until Thursday (10/03).
4. 10/03 the owner called and discussed the situation and how to help come up with a solution for your mother and would call you back 10/04 with an option. Before you were called back this day you also sent an email this day wishing cancer, death on us and that our business would blow up.
5.On 10/4, we offered a less expensive solution, but you stated that another family member would be making the decisions moving forward. As of today (10/08), we havent heard back from you. We are under the impression you can not be trusted to make decisions from your mother at this point.
Everything was communicated to you and at no time did we ever take advantage or mislead you, your mother or not return calls. Your statement is exaggerated and sensationalized. This is a most unfortunate situation for your mother, we have done everything we stated we would do and provided the service requested and offered solutions to resolve the situation.
Were committed to being transparent and fair. If youd like to talk more, please reach out.
