We had a gas water heater start leaking on 24 April 2023. My wife called T-Kor Plumbing based on recommendations from Next Door their service and knowledgeable staff. ******************************* answered the phone and talked ** through the process as we wanted to take advantage of the rebates to install a Heat Pump Water Heater. ***** made plans to arrive the next day and indicated the size of Heat Pump water heater we wanted was in stock at CalSteam. This this water heater I needed to have a electrical circuit installed and ***** arranged for an electrical contractor to install. The electricians were great and were done within 2.5 hours. The water heater took another two days to arrive. ***** did install it at my house on 27 April 2023 but after the unit was started up it started to leak around 8:45. ***** called *************************** and they told him it was likely the anode treads, completed the fix and the water heater was operational. But the heat pump filter was missing which ***** indicated he would order one. There were a few remaining things for ***** to finish the relief valve piping install, removing the gas line to the old unit, and scheduling the city permit inspection. ***** indicated he would text or call me when the permit inspection is scheduled and at that time finish up the remaining work. This was 28 April, I provided him a progress payment. He was to provide the full invoice including the electrical work performed so I could apply for the rebate being offered for this type of water heater installation later in the week. That is the last time he as communicated with me. I have tried to reach him via his cell phone, the main number but no one answers and the voice mail box is full so I can not leave a message. I have also sent an email asking if he can get in contact with me but no answer. Without the invoice, proof of purchase, and permit I am not able to finish the application for rebate. As it stands now I would not recommend T-Kor Plumbing.
