We started renting at ****************** 7/20/2021. Ferguson ******************* ****************************************************************** is the party we have been dealing with since then. We made countless attempts to contact them via phone, email, online tenant portal, text, to resolve many maintenance issues with the home and pool that went ignored and unresolved. We are currently moving out 6/30/2022. We would like to request a refund for the amount we paid for pool maintenance, as no maintenance occurred for many months, resulting in the pool becoming a health hazard. We would also like to not be charged for the remaining 20 days left on our lease beyond 6/30. The ****************** charge was $100 a month surcharge for weekly pool service, we would like a refund for 8 months of *************** $100 x 8 months = $800. The only reason this issue was resolved was because the pool guy sold his business to another more reliable pool serviceman, the management company never did anything to resolve. We did not have the ability to withhold payment from or fire the pool maintenance company, as it was all done through the ******************. We would also like a refund of the last 20 days of rent due, $2,995 x 20/30 days = $1,997. Total refund $2,797. Our 1 year old son's 12 month bloodwork revealed high levels of lead. His pediatrician has sent this information to the county health department. We would like to leave this house as soon as possible to reduce further exposure.

***BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK OF COMMUNICATION***This site limits the amount of words you can use, so I will summarize as best as possible:I am in the process of assisting my father, who is a senior citizen, to obtain a rental property. My father drove up from the bay area several times to view properties to which he applied on the website to, only to never receive a response. We left countless emails and voice messages for *****************************, even CCing *** Ferguson, but never heard back. On Monday 3/28 I called and to my surprise, got ******* on the phone. She apologized for not getting back to us and said she would review my fathers app and respond by end of day. To date, its been a week and we have not heard back. We called and left VMs and emails, but no response. As a landlord of several rental properties myself, I would be very disappointed to know this is how Ferguson treats perfectly credible applicants/tenants. My father is a retired Engineer of a well-known software company, and his financials and income as well as his background makes him the PERFECT candidate for any rental property. He has his bachelors degree, an 850 credit score, and has owned his home in the bay area for 20+ years. He licensed firearms dealer, and an active member of his community, and trying to move to this area to be closer to his grandchildren. Its very frustrating and confusing why Ferguson has treated us this way. A simple reply of We received your application and we will get back to you within X days, would suffice. Or Even a No, youre not accepted would suffice. He would still like to rent the property, and we are hopeful that the company responds. However we will continue our search elsewhere, and we hope that this message gets passed along to upper management so they can see how their applicants are being treated!***** Small Landlord, Mother of 3, ********************* ******* Graduate, Wealth Mmmnt Employee, Business ************* *********
