Kenneth “The Phenomenal Hawk” Massey (born April 10, 1981) is an American musician, record producer, film/television/video director, photographer, and creative director. His career spans over 20 years in the entertainment and music industry. Massey has written, filmed, directed, recorded, engineered and edited multimedia projects for high and entry level creatives in the music & entertainment industry.
Kenneth "The Phenomenal Hawk" Massey is the director, cinematography, and editor for the short film/music video Xplosive (2019), Yo Te Veo (2020), & Auto Pilot (2020). He was the creative director, cinematographer, and editor of UFC fighter Drakkar Klose’s sports documentary The Klose Route to Victory (2020) and the Creative Director, Videographer, and Editor for season 1 ep. 3-9 of Seren Sensei’s YouTube Web Series The [Black] Americans (2018). Massey was the recording engineer for Shaggy D's LP - Auto Pilot' (2020).

Kenneth "The Phenomenal Hawk" Massey became prominent as a musician in 1994 as a pianist at Mt. Olive #2 Baptist Church in Collierville, TN after being discovered by his mother when he was caught playing the song "Come Thou Almighty King" by ear at age 12. In 1996 he moved to Gadsden, AL to attend trade school and became a organist at Friendship Baptist Church in Attalla, AL after being discovered during a talent show competition where he played piano for the schools chior. Later in 1998, Massey traveled to Morganfield Kentucky and was a keyboard player for the Earl C. Clemets band welcoming committee. In 2002 Massey was hired as a pianist at Magnolia First Baptist Church and soon after he was appointed to be the youth choir director and the pianist for the church's Masonic Lodge members.
Kenneth "The Phenomenal Hawk" Massey began his public record producing and recording career in 2003 under the name Craz-E-Boy (Later Kraz-E-Boy the Key). His first underground record, which he wrote, produced, and recorded, was titled 'Is It A Dream' - Platinum Edition (2003). He performed songs from 'Is It A Dream' at Rep Yo City/Lemoyne Owen talent competiton (3rd Place Winner), and the Fire & Ice Club in Memphis Tennessee. Moving to Orlando, Florida in 2009, Kenneth "The Phenomenal Hawk" Massey wrote and produced Ampd Up (2009) exclusively to perform during Disney's Night of the Stars at the House of Blues.
In 2011 Kenneth "The Phenomenal Hawk" Massey started The Mass Destruction Empire (Milli Van Davies, Playwyte, Steezo Da Champ) and released his first studio mixtape 'Competition' (2011). Kenneth "The Phenomenal Hawk" Massey returned to Memphis soon after and became a member of the Memphis Music Commission which gave him further opportunities to perform at the Hard Rock Cafe on Beale St. and Issac Hayes Nightclub at Peabody Place in Memphis Tennessee.
In 2015 Kenneth "The Phenomenal Hawk" Massey worked as an intern at Plush Recording Studios in Orlando Florida (Clients include Nicki Minaj, Justin Beiber, Chris Brown). There he was able to produce, engineer, and study with owner of Plush Studios and Director of Global A&R of Warner Music Group, Aton Ben-Horin (Cardi B, Jason Derulo, Daniel Skye, David Guretta), Ben aka Seven 12 (Flo-Rida, Britney Spears, John Legend), Mike Molina (Meek Mills, Lil Wayne, & Chris Brown), Derrick Milano (Megan The Stallian, Justin Bieber, Kevin Gates), Austin Owens aka Ayo The Producer (Cardi B, Beyonce', Omarion), and Ethan M. Curtis (President of Plush Studio/Full Sail Alumni).
In 2017 Kenneth "The Phenomenal Hawk" Massey started his professional Media Communications career doing graphic & video design work for entrepreneur Tiara "Mizhani" Walton (Beauty Bar, Network to Net Worth, Pole Fitness), artist/clothing designer Ronisha "Cleo 3000" Fisher (PLCP Rooted, Cleo's World), photographer/club promoter Kris "Tha Good Boi" Massey (Mr. MVP of Memphis; E. Massey Barber, Beauty, & Promotions; SCM Award Winner), Club owner Thomas Brownlee (Mynt Lounge, All White Day Party, BBEMG), and dozens more.
Massey's photography career took off in 2017 after his published works for The All-White Day Party, Hookah Thursdays, Speakerboxx Volume 3, Peabody Place Hotel, and Downtown Memphis.
Kenneth "The Phenomenal Hawk" Massey has acquired a Bachelor’s in Science, Ceative Practices, along with Media Communications Certifications from Full Sail University, Photography studies from Arts Institute, and is continuing his education at Los Angeles Film/Recording School studying Audio Production. Kenneth is also a Veteran of The United States Navy.
