Horrible place to get insurance!!!!!!! I was completely scammed when purchasing insurance. I was told verbally that I WOULD BE GETTING MY CAR fully covered for a car that I don't own fully but after an accident was informed, I had been paying over 300$ for liability when asked how that could be in the *********** you legally have to have full coverage on a car not fully owned. After her verbally explaining to me in person what I was agreeing to turns out it was a big lie and I reached out to them and was told I should have read the paperwork even though they never gave me paperwork while in the office, but they sent it to me. so please don't purchase anything from them I will be filing a lawsuit.Review from Jacqueline W

I purchased insurance on March 9, 2023. I called this man back less than 24 hours later (March 10) to get a refund because I did not purchase the car. First he tells me that I need to write a letter stating I didnt get the car. But you didnt need a letter to insure a car I didnt own? Then I processes the refund. Tells me itll be 3-5 business days. Today on March 14 I call to make sure the policy is canceled to be told that its going to take 3-5 weeks to receive my money back IN A CHECK!!!! I am truly irritated and Im about to call back because I want my f****** money back THIS WEEK!!!!! I am a single parent and dont have room or f****** money to just be floating around 356 dollars. Like no. Somebody need to send my money back in the same method I freaking sent it to them.Review from Mary R

These are totally scam artists. My daughter called on 5-11-22 to get a quote for car insurance and she was told by Carla R******** that it would be $51.00 a month but first she needed a $224 payment. When she asked what this was for Carla said it was her first and last months payment for car insurance. She insisted that my daughter give her a credit card which I did and I asked her what the payment was for and she repeated the first and last payment. She had my daughter sign by e-signature as there was no time for her to come in and they were closing shop. Carla NEVER told me that she was keeping my credit card information and 2 weeks later charged my card for another $100. I called to have them Refund my card as I never gave them permission to use my card for a 2nd time. Neither by phone or signature since this was NOT my auto insurance. You have been Warned they are scammers. I am now dealing with my credit card to obtain a Refund!
