I am putting in a complaint against the **Bird Fishing boat, which my vendor booked a tuna fishing expedition with. We had 12 of us in our party and there was 12 other members that were friends and buddies with the captain and/or crew members. Right off the bat the crew had ***** demanded a "Fuel Surcharge" of $30 cash, he went to each of our party members and collected cash and said no credit cards. He didn't go to the other 12 members, which were his friends and buddies to collect the surcharge. So the didn't pay. I also asked for a receipt when I paid so I could get paid back but **** said no and denied me the receipt! Not more than 45 minutes after leaving the live bait did things get heated, one of our guys did have a lot to drink and was a tad bit loud, but the crew instead of trying to calm things down they added fuel to the fire. They wanted to fight us all, the crew and the other party was throwing sardines and other stuff at us, we had a hold of our guy and was trying to calm him down but yet the crew was charging at him and could care less about the well being. During the scuffle, of guys offered us this white rock to calm him down and told it was an *****, but was a rock, not a pill. So illegal drugs use was on the boat, and not to mention the amount of Weed smoked on board, so much you could get a contact high. The crusty angry crew was charging us for water, and nickel and dimed us for everything. We were afraid of getting robbed from the crew's buddies and friends.Needless to say, the crew didn't provide any safety for the clients, they didn't offer any security and violated the illegal drug use code. I had a fear for my life, my wellbeing of my party and the safety violations.
