    I contacted National Emergency Services and spoke with ****** to get an estimate on cleaning a trailer in ********, *******. He gave me a rough estimate and agreed to meet me at the trailer later in the week. He asked for a refundable deposit if $900 which I gave him. He assured my son and I (the call was on speaker phone) that if I changed my mind the deposit was refundable. I called him back the next day to inform him I didn't need the trailer cleaned and he agreed to return the deposit (again on speaker phone so my son could confirm this) withing 5 days. That was on August 6th. I have called him again and called and spoke to a woman in *************. They both assured me they would "get right on it" yet I haven't received my deposit or heard anything from them. I called again this past Tuesday and spoke to ***** who was very concerned and asked me to email him. I tried but the email bounced back twice. I strongly encourage you to avoid doing any business with this company. I have found them to be dishonest and untrustworthy. I hate to even give them one star.

We want to assure you that our terms are outlined in detail within our invoices, and we would be more than happy to resend a copy for your reference.Additionally, it seems there may have been a miscommunication regarding written requests. We never received any formal cancellation request from you. That said, given the current situation and with understanding toward your experience, we would be willing to make an exception in this instance.We kindly ask you to send us an email requesting the refund as previously discussed over the phone so we can expedite this process for you promptly.We value each of our customers and strive for complete customer satisfaction. Please feel free to reach out directly by email if there is anything further we can do to assist with resolving this matter.Thank you for bringing these concerns forward; it allows us an opportunity to address them effectively.
