This place is does not deserve any stars due to their lacking, poor, rude and disorganized communication. My mother ordered some granite, sink and backsplash from this business for her newly in progress kitchen. They make you pay up front for their services due to the fact that they have to cut the granite which I thought was interesting in a scamming kind of way. I expected my mom to just pay for a portion of the services and not everything if they haven't installed anything yet. The date and time was set to have installers come to the house at 9am. Our contractor showed up at 7:30am. waiting for them. They never showed. My mom called and couldn't get a straight answer from the receptionist which her name was *******. Anytime my mom spoke to someone it was someone with a heavy Asian accent that seems to always be yelling at my mother. ******* then told her that the installers were then coming between 1-2pm. They never showed. So my mom called AGAIN, whoever was having trouble communicating to my mom that she had to call the installers or something. It was very unclear of what was going on with the arrival times of the installers yet AGAIN. So the person on the phone said the timeframe was now 3pm! I grabbed the phone with my very upset senior mother frustrated trying to talk to this person who didn't seem to have ANY customer service skills at all making my mother cry. I get on the phone and take over the conversation after she is yelling at my mother saying that it was her contractor's fault which was a complete LIE!
