      Payment for a focus group held on August 19, 2024. I am writing to formally demand payment of $175 for the Project Aztec focus group held on August 19, 2024, for my minor son, ******* *******. Despite my prior follow-ups on September 28, 2024, October 28, 2024, and November 4, 2024, during which Ms. ****** indicated that the payment was sent via mail and then requested my PayPal address, no payment has been received.

      Hi my daughter did an online focus group June 20th 2024 in exchange for payment from a company called ********* in ****** ********. Ive reached out to them through text and email and have been completely ignored i see this has happened to other people through research and Ive tried reaching out to the headquarters in IL but no one is responding to my emails

      On August 19, 2024 we were contacted by ******* ******* ****** | Project Manager o. ************ c. *************** e. *************************************** watchLAB ***************************************************************** We signed an NDA and were advised that on Project Aztec, we would receive $125 for our time in the focus group. This focus group conclused on 8-19-24. Since they we have emailed ******* on August 19, Oct 1, 3, 9, and Oct 24th. We have reached out to ******* via phone and text on the same days as well. We have also tried to contact WatchLab directly and left a voicemail on Oct 22, 2024.

      My name is ******* ******** and I did a study for creatives with Watch Lab on August 21, 2024 for a total compensation of $275. Watchlab has a very slow and unresponsive team. While confirming my study, I sent ***** the correct address for my check to be mailed. 8 weeks later, I am being told by ******* that the check was sent to the wrong address (missing an apartment number) so its not moving, and that it will have to be re-issued. I wad told that a check will be re-issued today and a new delivery date sent. I am very annoyed with this company. They do not take calls and do not respond to emails. Luckily I was able to get ******* via her text line. All inboxes for the team are full - I guess its not worth checking them eh?PAY ME MY MONEY! Send me that check or the compensation in an email. It shouldnt **** *-8 weeks to process a check! Thats archaic!!!

      Did a study on 7/25/2024. Told the usual spiel of 6-8 weeks for payment. As of today (10/7) no check, no contact. Called a number, person to picked up said my project coordinator doesn't work at the company anymore and she has no information. Emails go nowhere.
