Hello,Watch Lab is very good about sending emails to my inbox to see if I qualify for surveys or focus groups. The problem is while completing the online form I ALWAYS recieve an error message when inputting my phone number. It does not matter how I type it in - no spaces, no dashes, using the number 1 before the number and not using the number 1, omitting the area code - NOTHING WORKS! Watch Lab please fix the problem or I will continue to unsubscribe until I no longer receive emails from your company. It's rough out here! I agree to participate in both parts of the study reached out to ******* who recruited me multiple times regarding payment recently said payment would be received in up to a week and its been 2 weeks now attempted to contact her and nothing. Our records also show that ******* emailed you this information as well and asked that you allow 1-2 weeks for the postal service to deliver it, and also let you know this information yesterday. As she requested, please let her know if the check doesn't arrive by this Friday.Customer response
