I placed an order on ************* today, November 1, 2024. I included 2 screenshots with my complaint. The first upload is of my order placed on ************* with a 0.00 total owed. Next picture, you will then see stitchfix charged my debit card $20.00 for no good reason when I was SUPPOSEDto have NO CHARGE! I want my money refunded IMMEDIATELY and you can cancel my StitchFix order. I will NEVER be shopping with your scam company ever again. Stealing people's money. Very professional!!!Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Stitch Fix last week that included 2 items. When I went to track the status of the items today from the Stitch Fix website, and from the *** app, it indicates that only one item shipped, while the other *** is still awaiting the package, and only a shipping label has been created by Stitch Fix. I called the telephone number for Stitch Fix customer service, and it only plays an automated message then disconnects the caller. In addition, they do not have a live chat help option available, and have not responded to my numerous e-mails. This company is fraudulent and I am seeking the delivery of my second item or a full refund to my original method of for the amount of $45.00.Initial Complaint

I ordered a 5 piece clothing box to be delivered on 10/4. *** delivered it to the wrong address/city. I contacted stitchfix that day and had a chat with "Lady" who stated she would cancel it. On 10/14 I rec'd an email stating I would be charged if the items were not reurned. I did a chat with "****: at stitchfix and he stated that it was okay nothing would be charged as I had not received the shipment. On 10/27 I was charged $265.46. When checking the *** tracking number I see that the person who received the items by error sent them back. *** ******************. I also sent 2 emails, no reply, Can you please help me get my money back? Their CS does nothing to fix this.Initial Complaint

I requested a return bag from this company they never sent it to me and they never sent the mailing label to return the items that they said they would do and they charged my account almost $130 after not fulfilling my expectations or sending me any return bag or labelInitial Complaint

I received a box mid-September, Order # *********. On Sept 23rd my home was burglarized and the package of clothing I intended to send back was ripped to pieces. I tried reaching out to Stitch Fix by email to get a new label, but have not heard back from anyone. Perhaps it is somewhere on their site but it is not easy to find and I have been charged $195.33 for clothes I did not want. I have had much difficulty finding any contact information for this company to assist me. I recently ******* an email for them and I am waiting to see if they will answer this email, though I do not have high hopes. Additionally, the last box before this(Order # *********) was a full return ( I did not keep any items), yet I was charged for 2 items and did not receive a full refund. They have kept $68 for items I do not have. Lastly, I see no pathway to close my account down permanently. This is a huge problem as I do not wish to participate in this service, nor to be billed again.Initial Complaint

I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN HAVING AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BUSINESS, AND I HAVE REPEATEDLY REQUESTED THAT THEY CLOSE OUT AND PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNT. I emailed Stitch fix on 10/6, 10/8, 10/9, 10/12, 10/15, 10/16, and 10/17 (all 2024). I have returned all orders that I did not want. There has been ZERO action to help me, and only automated responses.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to deactivate my account. There are no ways on line to do so, no email adress to do so, and no phone number to do so. I have sat in their "chat line" for days without a response I want to remove my credit card information and I can not. I no longer want an account with this company, but I can not deactivate it.Initial Complaint

I had signed up for a company called **************. In signing up I gave my name address and ******. I decided this company was not for me and did not order anything. This was on 9/9/2024. The initial offer from the company was a free assessment at no charge. I then received an email from ****** indicating that I had authorized a $20 payment to stitch fix. I did not authorize any payment. I contacted stitch fix. They said that while they did charge $20, they would credit me the $20 back. I checked my ****** account and no charges appeared on ****** to them. The next day or maybe that same day, I contacted stitch fix to have account deactivated. Only I couldnt just deactivate my account. I had to email back and forth. Finally after 3-4 emails they closed and deactivated my account. See email confirmation:Hi ****,Thanks for following up. We appreciate the opportunity we had to style you and are sorry to hear youre looking to close your account. Ive deactivated your account, so you'll no longer receive Fixes, promotional emails, or be able to access Stitch Fix Freestyle.If you change your mind about deactivating, you can leave your account active without having automatic deliveries. This allows the flexibility to schedule a new Fix on demand. Just let me know if you'd prefer that option and I can update your account ************** for your first Fix, while we're unable to cancel a Fix after it ships, I've noted that you're not interested of it and when your Fix does arrive, please go ahead and send back your returns in the enclosed prepaid return bag.Alexis Stitch Fix Client Support But, today I received an email from ****** stating I authorized a payment to stitch fix of $352.52. I did NOT order anything from the. I did not authorize any payment to them. Please help me. As you can see, I successfully deactivated my account 9/12/2024. Hello, I been sending an email to Stitchfix to cancel the recurring delivery at 2*** ****** ****** **** *** *** ***** ** *****. I don’t know what email I use. Can somebody please help me. Please call me or email me or let me know what other info you need beside an email address to verify. This is the recent delivery.
