I am writing to formally file a complaint against PicsArt and ***** regarding a misleading subscription trial and unauthorized charges made on my account.On Sunday, October 13th I signed up for a 7-day free trial within the PicsArt app, as explicitly advertised in the app. However, I was unexpectedly charged by ***** after only 3 days. When I reached out to ***** for a refund, they informed me that the trial period was actually only 3 days, contrary to what was advertised by PicsArt. Despite explaining this misleading discrepancy, ***** has refused to provide a refund for the ********* make matters worse, I no longer even have access to the PicsArt app. Despite being charged for the subscription, I cannot use the services I was billed for, which only adds to the frustration and disappointment Ive experienced.I believe this situation reflects false advertising and deceptive business practices by both PicsArt and *****. I relied on the information presented in the app and feel I was misled into subscribing under false pretenses. The fact that I was charged without receiving the promised free trial period, and now lack access to the app, has caused both financial loss and inconvenience.I kindly request the Better Business Bureau to assist me in resolving this matter by holding PicsArt and Apple accountable for their misleading practices and ensuring that I receive a full refund for the unauthorized charge.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
