I have been ordering wigs from this business since about 2013 when I ordered an item last June 2024 I sent it back immediately without trying it on per their instructions for a Color I did not like. I immediately went online and order a second wig. I referred to this order number on the first item return with hopes of saving money on the restocking fee. I then got the second wig and it was also a color I could not use so I went through their process of returning it I ordered a third wig online and now I have paid for three of them at this point with zero return money back they were not able to send me this wig. They canceled it because it was sold out however I was still charged. I have inquired through phone calls and emails every month since then asking about my refunds. I have yet to get them. It is now November 2024. I just want my money back even if its partial I have now paid for three wigs. I have no wigs and no money. They have not responded to my latest email. I will be trying to call them again The one time I did receive an answer on the customer service phone line. They told me that they were buried in their refund department and they would try to give mine elevated attention. However, I do not feel that actually occurred. I have had to return things in the past. I always got an email when they received it and then another email once I got the credit and I always got my refunds. I am not sure what is going on with them. Ive had to switch my orders to a different company in the meantime, as I refuse to give them more money while Im waiting for these three refunds.
