            They have not yet refunded the estimated amount of $1000. The entire $1000 should be refunded because it was the only initial estimate provided. For the previous three windows and a small window in the bathroom, the price was supposed to be $2200, but they charged double, amounting to $4145, compared to HomeDopt's estimated $2200. They advertised in local coupon books as 6 windows and 6 feet sliding patio doors at $4300, but they overcharged me double.This appears to be a case of fraudulent business practices in the local area. It is advisable to document all communication, transactions, and discrepancies with the business. Consider reaching out to relevant consumer protection agencies, filing a complaint with local authorities, or seeking legal advice to address the fraudulent activities. Additionally, notifying other potential customers about your experience through online reviews or community forums can help raise awareness and prevent others from falling victim to the same fraudulent practices.
