      I was contacted by a Sales Person (******************* ) from American industrial source 9/14/2023 ************* that he would be sending me Air hoses at now charge to me (There new product ) . He said to give them to my hardest worker out in my shop and have him use the heck out of them and that all he asked was the next time I have to order hoses that I purchase them through him . I repeated my self to him about there being no charge to me . he said yes that is correct . I received the hoses on 9/25 I set them in my office then went on with my day. On 9/29/2023 I received a bill in the mail asking me to pay $481.34 I immediately called the ************** phone # and spoke to ****** . I explained what was going on and told here I wanted to return them . ****** said to just hold on to them and when we get the next bill to call and we could fix it . I received the next bill on 10/25/2023 I once again called and spoke to ****** this time she tells me to go on line and file a return request . I did exactly that . Then On 10/26/2026 **** the return guy Calls me and refuses to give me a RMA and says it is past my 30 day return date which it is not I signed for them on 9/25/2023 and submitted my request on 10/25/2023 that's the 30 day ******** **** does everything under the sun to get me to keep hoses I explain I do not want them and would like to return them he said no and that I will be sent to collection. I asked to speak with a supervisor or anyone else other than **** . I have not received a call back I have called each day and ****** says someone will be contacting me. I have to call from different phone numbers Just to get them to answer my call . I then looked up reviews and seen that this is a scam they have been pulling for a long time. I Just want to return the product with in there return policy and They will not let me . **** was very unprofessional I told him this is no way to do business .

      **** called our shop and spoke with one of our managers and asked him if he could send our shop 4 air hoses for free at no charge. Manager declined ,and **** was persistent sending *****, again saying no charge to shop. **** said to manager if shop like hoses, he would appreciate we order from him in the future. Months went by, and air hoses showed up at shop. Manager submitted return request on American Industrial website within *************************************************************************************************************** a couple days. No one contacted shop about return. Manager called **** at American Industrial and asked him to have hoses picked up. He said he could not do that because it was beyond 30 days. Shop is receiving threatening emails & calls, saying if shop don't pay bill, they will take it to collections.We just want them to pick up the hoses.

      I am rejecting this response because: we don't want any more harassment, or threats that we will be sent to collections. We just want confirmation that a pickup tag will be sent to shop to send air hoses back, nothing else. That is the only way this issue will be resolved. I have spoken with **** several times and sent emails with no results.

      A salesperson contacted one of our store managers offering to ship some hoses at no charge. We did not have any need for them, but agreed to look at them. They arrived, but we never opened the package. About a month later, I received a call asking the status of payment. I told him I had no invoice from them, nor did I have any record of them as a vendor. I requested a copy of the invoice. He emailed a copy and asked that I give him a credit card to apply the invoice to. I declined, as I had no knowledge of the purchase or vendor. When I spoke to our store manager, I was told that he had been offered them at no charge and that this was a scam. Since then, I have received numerous emails asking for payment. I told them that we do not want the product, that they misrepresented the transaction, and I requested a return label so as to return the hoses to them. They have not responded to the request to return them but have continued to harass me via email. I informed them that I was filing a complaint with the BBB and the person that has been emailing (***************** I believe is his name), threatened to leave a bad review of our company on Yelp. I would like to return the package of hoses and have this company stop contacting me.

      Received hoses today from American Industrial Source. We never ordered these hoses. The invoice was dated from 5/9/2023 but delivered by *** 6/23/23. I called several times and was told that I would receive a call back from someone. I was told by each one that they were from an answering service. Got a call later in the day. He tried to sell us these hoses we received. Told him that we want to return them. Had to fill out their online form for getting a RMA label.

      Per audio record on file ************************* agreed to a trial offer on some products then called the day he received the products and said he never agreed to anything.  Was advised by customer service to submit a return request to get an RGA then filed a complaint on BBB all on the same day without giving us an opportunity to review and issue an RGA.

We also asked them to email us who they talked to, what date, and what time they called.  They could not produce this either.

      A guy called us and said he really wanted to send us some amazing air hoses absolutely free. I told him we did not need them because we have air hose from Senco. He wouldn't take no for an answer and said he was sending them anyway even though I told him I have no ability to buy these from them. The hoses are not up to par compared to what we use they sent us a back dated invoice to try and return these hoses but are met with voicemails with no response and emails that do not get answered. We do not want their products, we did not order them. We did get stuck with them

      Salesman from this company offered ** 3 air hoses to try, said no charge, no obligation. Said he wanted shops to try them out. Asked twice about a charge and was told no charge unless I wanted to buy more. Hoses were delivered and have not even been used yet. Now I'm being billed, told I can't return them and now being harassed by collection. I offered to pay to ship back but they won't take them. I just want to return them.

      American Industrial are crooks!! Inv. # *****-2 04/07/2023 Have to return with in 30 days but will not give address to return.They send product ( never ordered)(never authorized) then demand payment as they will not give an address to return product. Never return calls or emails. I have been dealing with this S*#t for 7 years and this is the 3rd time they have done this little game. Last time they went through 5 collection agencies before they finally let it go. I had sent the product back to a PO Box with a receipt. They still tried suing. I will be pressing criminal charges as well as civilly if they do not respond with in 24 hours. I do NOT want it to go that far. My time is worth something and they can pay for my time.

Now they want to send our business to collections. Is this legal? no was signed contract or verbal contract was made and if so call was with and employee that has no authorization to order tools or supplies. terrible business practice.

      ******************* an alleged 10 year employee at American industrial source called from this business offering 4 air hoses to try out at no cost. I explained that I do not have the authority to make purchases on behalf of my company and again he said they would be sent at no cost and to try them out for a few months and if we like them we could buy and keep them. Again I told **** that I do not have the authority to make any purchases on behalf of our company and he was persistent about sending these hoses at no cost for us to try out. I had a feeling that they were up to some kind of sneaky sales practices so when the hoses arrived I never even opened the box as I was awaiting the follow up inquiry about whether we wanted to keep them which I had planned to send them back unused and unopened. A month and a half later a backdated **** arrives and when I called to tell them we didn't want them and that it was not an authorized sale they said it was past the 30 day period for return, conveniently for them. I will also be calling the U.S. attorney generals office to file a complaint for these shady and deceptive business practices. They have no right to target me for sales trickery purposes as I stated several times on the original call that I was not authorized to make purchases. These people should be ashamed of themselves its 2023 and people are still targeting people based on race, color, gender, and religion or so it seems. I will be putting this on all my social media so people can be aware that these predators are on the prowl looking to exploit anyone possible just to make a buck.
