In response to an advertisement on Instagram for ******* Bags, I ordered a "vintage leather" shoulder bag, supposedly handmade by an artisan in **********. I paid $71.39 for the bag and shipping on 10/9/24. Rather than coming from **********, the bag was shipped from *****. I received it yesterday, 10/23/24, and it is an ugly, cheap vinyl. When I emailed my return request, as required by the vendor, I was told I have to return it to **** (rather than the return address at *************************************************************************************), and it would cost $30-50 dollars. In lieu of that, they offered a 20% refund, and I can keep the bag, which, according to them, is "a more environmentally friendly option" than the "vintage leather" they advertised. This is a SCAM and a rip-off. They have stolen money from me under false pretenses and false advertising. The bag is virtually worthless, and they want to refund me $10! This is not how we do business in the ***. They need to be shut down.Initial Complaint

Oct 19, 2024 received package from ******* ****** (T42) Shipping **** ********************************************************************************. I did not order anything from them. Received 2-in-1 ************ brush. Box in English, bar code 12 lines in Chinese. Plan on taking this to post office tomorrow, Oct. 21, 2024 to Return to Sender. Today is Sunday and **** is not open. I am angry that this scam operator had my name and address. When I googled their address your BBB came up. Sounds like this has happened to others and you gave them a F rating. In addition to contacting you, should I contact the *********************** here in ****************. I am irrate.Initial Complaint

10/6/24 - Clothes arived on 10/6 and were not as they were depicted online. Poor Quality and Fit.10/7/24 - Per the instruction on the website I emailed *********************** on 10/7/24 to start the return process. 10/10/24 - Manly shirts replied on 10/10/24 with no instructions. They simply asked "May I know the reason why you want to return the order? Looking for an early reply."10/10/24 - I responded immediately. And have called the number and have been hung up on 3 times. this is a scam that has been going on for years from what I can see online. these people need to be shut down.I emailed immediately toInitial Complaint

Ordered from wholesale warehouse at ********************************************** ******, **********.. item is a dog bed for car. Came with no directions and looks like half parts are missing, no one returns my call after looking up phone number The item is advertised as Rough Rover 2.0 Hard bottom dog car seat protector and free dog bowl. ************** is the the email address which communicates. I ordered magnetic eyelashes as seen on TikTok Shop. They were bogo for $28.40. I placed my order on 09/24/24. I received them on 10/13/24. The same day, I emailed saying these lashes are not what was advertised. They are junk. I tried one set and they don't work. They look cheap and they didn't arrive as advertised with the case. Their website shows "30 day money back guarantee" so I asked for instructions on how to return them for a full refund. They said they won't take them back and offered me 20% back. I said that I want the "30 day money back guarantee" as advertised on their website. I have been emailing them daily and getting nowhere.This company buys from ***** and ships different products around the ** and to other countries. This company, with this address, have some 54 complaints with the BBB.Initial Complaint

I received a package from this address **************************************************. I did not order this and I do not want to pay for this. I have never even heard of this company. I will send it back as a return to sender but I wanted to let someone know about this false transaction. thank you *****************************
