I purchased a product from this business but it is not what I ordered. I ordered online but never received a receipt I have no way of contacting the company nor did I get a receipt from them with the product. I tried to return but product was refused.Initial Complaint

On August 18, 2022, I ordered a canvas, light weight camping chair, tan in color. Three weeks later, I received a10 inch blue stool, so small, looks like a Barbie doll toy stool. On July 9, 2022 I ordered 3 pair of what was advertised as Clark's Sea Breeze Sandals with a money back guarantee for a total of $58.11 from ********** online. On July 11,2022 the funds were withdrawn from my bank by ***************. When the sandals arrived they were cheap sandals with high chemical smells and were not Clark's Sea Breeze but cheap knockoffs. The return address on package is ******** **************************************. I sent an email to ********** and they refuse to refund my money. They gave me a ***** address to return sandals to and maybe get a refund but the shipping cost almost as much as the sandals. This location in ********* is where they came from. I want my $58.11 refunded to me and they refuse. Offered me a 10% off coupon to use on other fake products. Please help me with getting my money back. I am a senior living on social security and can't afford this. I have photos of what they advertised and photos of what they sent if that will help, the red sandals are mine for comparison. Date of Transaction was 11/18/2021. I placed an online order through "*************" I ordered the "Crystal Chain Flat Bottom Rome Sandals". My credit card was charged ******* and I received them damaged. The chain on one of the sandals was broken. I cannot wear them. They were shipped from this warehouse: **** ** ***** ******* ***** ** ******, ** , XXXXX. I bought a Robot Vacuum and a Heated Vest. The company didn't send any instructions or return policy with the items. The Vacuum said it is 100% guaranteed. It didn't work at all on the carpets. The Vest was way to small, I returned them to the Dept ** **** South ***** ****** ********** ******, ** XXXXX Ref1#: YTXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. the other one is Ref1#: YTXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for a refund. I haven't heard from them. I ordered the Vacuum on 11/12/2021. I received it on 11/26/2021. I returned it 12/01/2021. I ordered the Vest on 11/15/2021. I received it on 11/29/2021. Ordered 4 exercise clothes online from this company. When I got them in they were all way to small, the material was made from like pajamas and they were very cheaply made. There is no labels on the clothes to tell you the size, the material, or how to care for them. They did not send a email once the sale was confirmed and the site disappaired after I bought them. It took 5 weeks to receive with no paperwork in the bag. I have tried to contact this company through the email they gave ****** but they will not respond. November 2021 ordered earbuds from TWS, cost on sale for $49.00 with promise of money back guarantee, package arrived November 18, 2021, contained TWS 5.1 Wireless headset. Headset is very poorly packaged, appears to be worth no more than 29 cents. Not $49.00. Package had no information, no brand name and no contact information, no customer phone, nothing. Return address: SHIPPING DEPT DEPT. CA ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* I am requesting all money charged to Capitol One Card plus tax returned to me and an Apology form this snake.
