      Hello,Over the last two to three years I have been buying Delmonte citrus salad (fruit in a can) and their grapefruit in a can, from stores like ****************** and through Amazon online. Overtime, the citrus salad remained consistent, however, in this last year, the grapefruit is no longer in "sections" like it used to be. Now, the can is full of grapefruit pieces which is not as advertised on the face of the can. On the can, one sees a picture of grapefruit sections, like it used to be, and like the citrus salad is advertised and remains true to date. I think the advertisement is no longer truthful about what's in their can of grapefruit. Yes, the prices continue to go up on both, but that is not the underlying reasons for this complaint. Although their pricing and availability has become untenable, I do not think there is truth in their advertisement on their can of grapefruit. Upon opening a can, it looks like leftover pieces of grapefruit floating in the juice, not grapefruit sections, as advertised, on their cans. Thank you.

      I purchased a can of corn I poured the corn in to a pot in which there was a dead worm of some sort in the corn

      I can assure you that we are concerned about this report. This is not the quality we expect our consumers to received when they buy our products. We've made several attempts to reach ****************** by phone (7/10, 7/12 and 7/17).We've also sent a follow up email. As of today, we have not received a response. We would like the opportunity to restore your confidence in our product with a goodwill gesture. We would also like to collect some additional information from the can to aid our quality assurance department in their investigation of this complaint.

      Can inscription SDP ****** P04:04 Roughly 25% of peaches contained substantial bark residue on the slices, rendering it uneditable. Ended up discarding majority of can, regrettably.

      I had started eating one of your apricot fruit cups the other night and I started choking on what seemed to be a seed or something that was inside with the fruit. Ever since then my throat feels swollen(I think maybe a cut on the inside of my throat). I haven't been to a doctor because I can't afford to lose work hours I have a family that depends on me. I'm not sure what we could do to fix this situation but please reach out to me through email @ ************************

I assure you we are concerned about ******************** experience and as he requested we've emailed him requesting additional information about the product that was purchased and the object that was found. Unfortuantely we havent received a response. 

      Can you please ask *************** to contact us at his earliest conveneince? We need the information listed below to begin an investigation. 

       - We are having trouble determining which product you purchased based on the information you initial submitted. Please send us the full product description and the full UPC code.

      -  Please include the manufacturing code from the jar, can, or plastic cup. We need the code off of the product packaging or lid, not the code found on any 4-pack or multipack packaging.

      -  A few photos of the object that you found.

      I understand that speaking by phone during normal business hours might be difficult. If he cant contact us by phone then a reply to one of my emails with the information woudl allow our plant our begin their investigation. I woudl also be happy to schedule a call with *************** to discuss his complaint and work with him to resolve this issue.

      On Feb. 23, 2023, a Del Monte tomatoe sauce food can was bubbling inside the tin walls and chipping off. I called customer service and talked to ****** ****** and supervisor ********. All calls were disconnected by Del Monte and nothing was resolved. I attached 4 images so you can see.Solution - replace

      We originally followed up with *************** on 2/23, **** from our call center attempted to call multiple times. Each time she tried to connenct by phone there was a long pause followed by a busy signal. We sent a follow up to ********************* asking *************** to kindly give us a call. We deepy regret the unfortuante expereince with and we would be more than happy to resolve this. We just wanted to get a few additional details so this could be reported to our quality assurance team (what was the condition of the product, any unusual odor, color or flavor, how many cans were involved, where was this purchased). Additionally,we also wanted to confirm the address was correct. Our system automatically generated the +4 digits of the zip code but we couldnt generate one for Keystone ** and 94611.

      ***************** if you could just take a moment to reach out to us and confirm your mailing address and the number of affected cans I would be more than happy to resolve this and send a full refund. If calling please ask for ****, if its easier feel free to reply to the email we sent or simply reply to this message. I'll make sure your refund goes out as soon as we receive your response.
