Hello, I have been trying to get a response from this company since 07/19/2020. I recently called ( which was hung up on several times). I have emailed requesting they acknowledge , called again several times was hang up . I am looking for reimbursement in the amount of ******. Below you will find recent email sent . And then the original email requesting cancellation of same. However, they kept on charging 1) Hello. As you can see from the email below. I had requested a cancellation of this membership effective 07/19/2020. As I was looking at my finances, I noticed a charge on my statements of $27.00 appearing on around the day of 23through the 27th of each month from 09/27/2020 through 03/2022. I, however, thought this was for a charge for another TV cable account that I had . I was reviewing my statement, and noticed that I no longer had the cable company, however, I was still being charged. After investigating deeper, I then noticed this goes back to 09/27/20 I notified my bank and they can only investigate for 12 months, in which they did, and I received credit up to 09/27/20. My bank told me that I had to get in touch with you for the rest of the credit. Please credit me the $****** as soon as possible. charges were 9/27/20,10/26/20,11/25/20,01/25/20,02/22/21,03/25/21,04/24/,21,05/24/21,06/23/21,07/23/21,8/23/21,09/21/21,10/21/21,11/20/21,12/23/21 2/ original email sent 07/19/2020 ( below in uploadsBusiness response

Hi *******/BBB,
Good morning. I hope you're well. After searching, we have no records of an email from this customer requesting the cancelation of their subscription until June 2022. Please, see the image attached.
The email said "to" but there was no recipient.
Theoretically, she isn't eligible for a refund since there is no record of her requesting the refund until June 22/2022. Plus ******* or ***** has already received 5 months back of her subscription through chargebacks.Thank you.

This company has been taking money from my credit card for about a year. I did NOT sign up for their services. I have never been to their website. This has been from an email I don't always monitor. They had an old address and were taking $27 a month! I called customer service and spoke to the RUDEST PERSON EVER. I asked for a full refund and they said they could give me a month. I asked for a full refund and he came back with 3 months. He wouldn't take no for an answer and began speaking over me when I asked for a confirmation. He gave me an arbitrary number which I asked him to email. He refused. I asked him to help me log in on the website to review that the account was canceled and he refused and began yelling at me. It was at that point that I said this was a fraud and my identity was stolen, then he hung up on me. THIS IS FRAUD! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR CREDIT REPAIR!!!!
