I received an email stating free shipping if you spend $20.00 or more.My total products that I was ordering was $46.00. When I went to check out - I was being charged $7.99 for shipping. I emailed Sleek Nail and ***** ask me to send a photo of the email I received stating the free shipping. Actually I received probably 4 emails within 24 hours stating free shipping if you spend $20.00 or more. I sent this to ***** and her reply was:Hi ****,Thank you for providing us with a screenshot of the email that you received. We have had a recent change in our shipping policy. All orders over $50 will receive free standard shipping. However, we adjusted our pricing structure, resulting in even better deals on most of our products. You can now take advantage of reduced prices and enjoy greater savings when shopping with us.If the problem persists after refreshing the page and/or exiting and reopening the browser, please place the order with the shipping charge. From there, we can provide a refund for the shipping fee.Hope this helps! We look forward to your reply and please let us know if you have any other questions! :)Best regards,Sleek Nail **************** *******************, how do you have a change in your shipping charge that fast. I received the email yesterday and tried ordering the products last night. And I still recieved two more emails today with free shipping with $20.00 more. I will not order from Sleek Nail in the future.Not good business practice .
