****************,I am writing to you in regards to the fees that were just implemented for our upcoming course on June 2 through the sixth. When I called to find out more information as to why we are going to get charged an extra $1000, your staff rudely said, check your junk mail.Not only does this put a financial strain on what already is hard enough for us to save up for, you have priced us out of any future courses. We made these arrangements weeks ago, not only the courses, but the flight arrangements, car rental, hotel accommodations shipments of ammo, and the ammo itself. Even more so, approval from my spouse which I take seriously. I understand business, overhead and all what it takes to run a business, I am in a business. But we do not stick people with last minute fees that are impossible to pay in the very last minute. Im not even sure if this was legal? After this email my next call will be to the Better Business Bureau to 1- inquire about what your company has done and 2- file a formal complaint about your business practice. The next step is to post what youve done on all social media **************************** and whatever social media outlets there are, and also by word of mouth to my colleagues and enthusiast that share the same views as I do. Your business ethics and practices are poor at best, I would be personally embarrassed to do this to any of my clientele. You should be ashamed.Hopefully I can cancel all of my travel arrangements and not attend your course or any of your courses in the future. I feel that there would be no loss of loyalty. But as you know I still remember what Dicks Sporting Goods did, what yeti did, what ******* did, and the likes of those companies did against their own clientele. I am adding front sight to that list, to never give you or them my money again, period.
