This is run by a woman who lives in ***************, not ******* as records may indicate. The puppy I received was very sick requiring medical treatment on day 1. Severe itching. Heart murmur. Unstable mentally. Her business practices are unethical and inhumane. She doesnt keep & care for puppies in her own home as she leads you to believe. She has dozens of guardians to do all the work for her. She allows unqualified people to be a guardian & puppy caretaker without personally knowing them. She currently charges $2,500 per puppy, yet only gives her Guardians $150. Her physical & financial participation in caring of these dogs or puppies is nil. She's not a vet, but she herself rips off the dewclaws from these puppies on day 4 or 5 after birth. Any reputable vet will tell you it's inhumane to remove the dewclaws of a puppy beyond the first 48 hours of life. Otherwise, the pain the puppy experiences is comparable to someone cutting off your thumb. She only pays for 1 deworming a couple days before the puppies go home, requiring the families to pay for the additional treatments. She will tear away the puppies from their mother before they are weaned. She badgers Guardians into giving her GOOD reviews. She insists female breeding dogs take HORMONES that she gets from her vet friend without conducting ANY exam of the dog (making sure it is safe for them to take) to get them to come into heat sooner than nature intended. If you want her to guarantee your puppys health, she requires you to purchase her grain-free dog food (Life's Abundance) a marketing scheme she herself is part of, making more money off you. This food is NOT RECOMMENDED for puppies. It cost me and others $$$ to get them healthy after being on this food. This is a "Glorified Puppy Mill". Save yourself a lot of MONEY, and HEART ACHE and don't just walk away from this breeder but RUN! She should be shut down for her inhumane treatment of dogs and unethical business practices.
