    I'm going to put a review of 1 stars for the simple fact that he came looked at my dryer charged me close to $300 to fix my ******** started squeaking again I called and they sent him out again, he pushed on the inside of the dryer here and there and said he needed to charge me $98 !!!I am a single mother of three children I already paid $300 I told him I'm not going to pay that.He said that the warranty of 20 or 30 days has passed I paid $300 to get my dryer fixed and it's not fixed. Horrible. !!!No compassion I paid $300 and I will not recommend this company and yes it was ******* !

    Hi ******, I apologize you had a bad experience. We did repair the rear bearing of your dryer and the initial issue was resolved. The additional issue was not found when we went back 6 months later, we tried replicating the issue with no success. You told us that you could not pay the service charge for the additional visit (which is for 30 days) and that our receptionist told you it was still under warranty. We explained that you must have misheard, as our warranty for the service charge is for 30 days. After 30 days, we do charge our standard service charge to go out and diagnose the appliance. It is necessary for us to do because if we went out for free 6 months after a repair was completed on every appliance then we would quickly find ourselves out of business. In your situation, it was realized that you did not have the funds to pay the service charge and we did NOT charge you anything additional. You paid $260 for the initial repair that was completed same day, we replaced the rear bearing on your dryer. You did not pay anything for our additional visit 6 months later, even though it was explained to you and you agreed to pay the service charge. Which was $95, not $98. As we left we told you that if the issue reoccured to please let us know and take a video if possible since we were not able to replicate it on site. You instead chose to come here to voice your complaints. Complaints that are not valid and blatantly lie about the integrity our company. I wish you the best in finding a future service provider, however I pray for the mental capacity of that company even more. Please do not contact our company for service in the future, thank you.
