Initially we were thrilled to have our yard done by *****. Unfortunately, shortly after our yard was completed, we started to notice plants and trees where stressed. I call and texted ***** (the owner) and was assured its normal and not to worry. One-week later things were really looking awful, and I started to hand water and told ***** and he stated I was over watering. Another call to him and he said he would send someone out to check things out. We were told some of the drip systems were not aliening and all should be fine. Another week goes by, and I suggested he come by and check it out and he send one of his employees. Upon checking he discovered that the water/drip line was never connected. He then suggested we wait 2 weeks to see if the plants would survive. Two weeks turned into 3 1/2 weeks. He then replanted several plants of lesser/smaller quality and didn't replace all that had died. The new plants were also dying along those that weren't replanted. Upon checking we decided to pull those up and check and see what was going on. The plants were taken right out of the pots placed in a hole way to small and planted on top rocks with no soil or roots loosened. We have pictures. The drip lines were also not put under the landscape lining and were put on bottom of hill side so the water was dripping into the rocks not the plants. ***** was rude and stated our dogs were the blame of this failure. He also stated the black rocks were the cause of the dying plants. He knew we had dogs and knew that black rocks require more watering, yet he wouldn't come back stating until I admitted my dogs were killing the plants. I've had dogs our entire life and never have they killed our plants. Our dogs have killed our grass and that's why we decided to xeriscape our yard and put Astro turf. Once the money was paid in full ***** completely dropped the ball with excuse after excuse. This company does not stand behind their mistakes or warranty. I have all texts/conversations.

*****. We replaced plants under warranty. We found the every plant in stress was accompanied by a ring of dog urine. The ** of the soil tested out at less than 6.4. This will kill any plant. This information has set you off. Your rudeness was met with the same. Your aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. No one from my company will step back on your property. I am sorry your dogs are killing your plants. This is not a warranty situation.Our customers routinely praise our communication and attention to detail. Thanks,***** and *******

I have pictures from the plants and the drip system showing the improper way things were planted and placed . Its shocking that you cant admit your fault for things dying Its due to instal failure and no water .Our dogs have nothing to do with dead plants/trees. Your unprofessional landscape crew not only didnt turn on the water but the method of planting with no soil and drip system not hitting the plants and trees is the only reason these plants died. When we picked out our plants we did with your knowledge of what would work with dogs. We will be following up with legal actions against your company. We also paid for plants that were never planted on our property. After asking you for receipts from the nursery ( also documented ) you refused so we went straight to the nursery to get an itemized statement of every plant purchased. We also went to the nursery with a friend who will testify that we got your approval on every plant we picked .You didnt replace ALL the dead plants ( this too is documented). The ones you did replace (4) were just placed in a hole (to small) over rocks . We have had dogs our entire lives and the only thing weve ever had issues with was grass. My next door neighbors have 3 dogs and not a single plant, tree etc have died. You warranty is worth nothing because the year that you stated was nonsense. What kind of a company doesnt hook up the drip system and blame the customer for your install failure. Do not us this company! My text messages and emails will show who was rude. Making us wait to see if plants came back for close to 3 weeks show this company was all about their cost not doing what was right.
