    I have had 7 phone calls in the last 5 days. I called Xfinity last Thursday 10/4 to inquire about a TV subscription problem we were having. While i was on the line, i was told since i was a gold member there were mobile phone rewards that i was eligible for.Big problem is deals ended 10/10/24 and after 12 hours and 7 phone calls I still have no phones.I hadnt called for upgrading phones, but it was something we intended to do in the very near future, so i said sure Id like to hear the deals. After more than two hours on the phone we hung up and i was to expect my phones on Monday 10/8. By the end of the day, i called back to an agent with xfinity and explained the previous conversation and that I didn't receive an order. The agent i spoke with was very nice but told me there was no order and he didn't know what happened, but he couldn't offer me any of the deals i was told four days earlier i could have. Again I was on the phone for more than two hours,I was so confused, and i had to ask him many times to repeat himself, i had great trouble understanding, but longstory short I wanted two iPhone 16s, and one order got done and all of a sudden, he couldnt complete the second phone, because his shift was ending, but he took $94 for the first phone, and hung up with promise to call me back. When my email of the order came through it was an iPhone 16plus not just a 16.Tuesday 10/9, i waited for him to call and finish the second order and allow me to correct the phone order, but no one called. I called in Tuesday and spoke with ******, who was wonderful. We were on the phone again for well over two hours and i explained all that had happened up until then.She assure me they would make a return on the plus phone and order the two new 16s.Also she assured me i was eligible for deals. However the order would not go through no matter how she ******** I said 7 phone calls, and 12 hours of my time, and I have nothing to show for it, and now the deal gone
