    Manager and owner *** is not professional at all he just said take him to court after the 6th time returning for same problem HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE WARRANTY SYSTEM no double checks no extra checks nothing just basic repairs with bad service theres nothing good going on here stay away from this location!!! Went in with brake problems left with more problems less money and a store of big o employees telling me its my trucks fault there making noise

    This simply is untrue. ********************* had rear brakes installed on 08/14/2023. He had a complaint regarding a squeak, an appointment was set up and his rear brake pads were warrantied on 11/11/2023. Since then his front brakes have started squeaking. We installed those brakes on 08/09/2023. I spoke with **** on 11/14/2023 and explained to him that I wouldn't be able to look at his vehicle until 11/20 because one of my mechanics was out with ***** and I was short handed as a result. He came to the shop on 11/20 and because we explained to him that we were finishing our projects from last week (when we were short handed) it would be about 45 minutes before we could get his truck in to diagnose the problem. He flipped out on the staff and left, which doesn't make sense when you consider that the work still needs to be performed if it is in fact covered by warranty. ********************* followed that up with a telephone call to me, peppered with colorful language. I explained at that point in time that all of our work is covered with a 12 month ****** mile warranty and if something is found defective that it would be covered under warranty. He wasn't hearing any of that...he simply was going to take me to small claims court and let a judge decide. I can't argue with that. He wouldn't give me the opportunity to inspect and diagnose the problem...what choice do I have other than to tell him to take me to court? ********** tells me that his brakes are working fine and as intended. The truck is an f-550 work truck, When we warrantied his brakes 11/11 we observed signs of excessive braking. The rotors were glazed and discolored a result of extreme heat.. This happens when the brakes get hot from excessive braking, Typically this is the result of either the truck and trailer were overloaded, the trailer brakes aren't working properly, or traveling downhill and riding the brakes to control speed. The glazing puts a smooth service on the brake rotors and when the brake pad is applied it creates a vibration that you hear as a squeak...think of fingernails on a chalkboard. I can warranty and install all of the new parts in the world however I can't control how they are used and I can't control abuse.I believe that our service is sound and our warranty system works. ********************* has already experienced the warranty when we covered his rear brakes under warranty on 11/11 This review is not a reflection of our service quality or warranty. This review is a reflection of a customer having a moment of unhappiness and in that moment slandering my business. The customer came in with worn out brakes, the customer left with new brakes and a warranty. I always try and go above and beyond for every customer, however it is difficult to extend that courtesy when being peppered with insults and colorful language. At this moment I would suggest that ********************* take advantage of his warranty at a location other than mine. Thank you *** Owner
