My wife and I contracted with Little Guys (Fort Collins) to load a truck for us to move to another state. They were unprofessional, somewhere in between clueless and just not wanting to work hard. My most favorable assumption is that this was a particularly busy time for Little Guys, and they were using temporary help that was inexperienced, more so than usual. We found that we were having to instruct them how to pack, and much of our advice was resisted, much to our detriment. For example, when they were loading our rental truck, I asked why they seemed to be packing heavier boxes on top of lighter ones and was told that it didn't matter, that this was the normal operating procedure. When the boxes were unloaded for storage by another crew, they were horrified at the sloppy packing and poor use of packing blankets and not surprised at the subsequent damage. When we finally finished opening the last of our boxes in our new home in January, we found many cherished items damaged. The items we packed ourselves survived well. The items packed by Little Guys did not. (For example crystal glasses packed touching without packing material between them.) I sent little guys several emails since January, with pictures, and they ignored them. They offered no apology and no compensation. We found this move to be difficult and the damage from poor packing was something that we don't wish on anyone. Buyer beware.
