Just completed several jobs for me. This handyman service took care of the following: I needed a 4 cement floor poured in my small, enclosed garage. First, they cleaned out the area. Moved my things into storage and did some demo of old wood shelves / framing. They prepared the ground, dug up posts cemented into the ground, made a pile of old lumber, and called in a professional cement contractor who did the floor work. They tore out two large garage doors that were broken and heavy. After the cement cured, they began framing a new garage door frame, and wall out of square metal tubing. The doors could be hung on a barn door rail, but I asked for traditional, heavy duty hinge doors. Everything was leveled and welded. Footings were bolted into the cement flooring. Two new garage doors were fabricated off site and brought in, then installed. Aluminum sheeting matching the garage building, was used as the door and frame cover. The doors are very easy to open, which was key for me as Im disabled. Bolts were welded to the doors, for locking the doors securely. To top it off - when they learned our yard hydrant was leaking, they offered to replace it for us. The hydrant was replaced and they also installed two dog bone, underground shut off valves, purchased at Ace Hardware - one to the hydrant and one to my home, so we can shut off the water in case of emergency. They will be back in a few days to pick up some leftover materials and to help me bring my items back into the garage, which they put in a storage trailer, to keep everything safe while they worked. They have genuinely excellent welding skills and work hard to get the job done right, and make sure I was happy with everything. Recommend!
