I give ********** to this company. They were very nice and polite, but now I understand why the extra kindness at time of purchase. We purchased a used car from them a couple years ago, they guaranteed us they had serviced and inspected the vehicle carefully, and we were in a time crunch. Took it for a short drive around a few blocks and it seemed fine. When we came back I asked what the "burn" smell was? He assured me it was from the technicians oiling/cleaning everything up. The windshield was cracked and they promised to change it for us for free. That never happened. Also, the burnt smell, once I got under the car after seeing oil leaks in our garage (ALWAYS have your cars inspected by a 3rd party! That's the time we didn't have and paid horribly for it), the entire undercarriage was caked with oil and this was not something recent either. We have since spent thousands and thousands of dollars, at several mechanic shops, trying to fix the major oil leak on the car and it's still a struggle. A couple weeks ago, I ran into this lovely elderly lady with a very nice little red car, broken down in traffic on a major highway. She started telling me they've had nothing but trouble with their car and had spent more than 10k trying to fix it since they had purchased it. She continued to tell me they purchased it from Burgio Motors in ********. I wish I had posted this review years ago, maybe I could have saved this poor lady all the trouble and money from my own experience.
