    Jake at Colorado Precision RV....replace our roof and put in new flooring. When we dropped it off asked for it to be winterized as we were going home for a few weeks to the south. Said he would, but did not. Paid over 15K with insurance and flooring to have work done. He told me he had issues getting the slide out back in when finished. Husband picks up the RV after repaired, made it home to Oklahoma and slide out would not go out. Called Jake, asked if he would come down and fix it, he told us to go to local area RV repair. The Local RV person said the slide out circuit board was fried, took them 3 hours to find in the motorhome and part was $400.00. Jake refuses to pay, even offered to pay half and he still tried to only pay a slim amount. Not a person of his work, 3 unfortunate statements. I would not recommend the shop to anyone. If you send it in with working mechanisms, those should work when it comes out. We have had our own business and you work to get the customer satisfied and do a fair deal to all. Very disappointed in the integrity of this company. G. W*****

    The customer called us in desperate need to get on our schedule for insurance repairs. We went above and beyond and fit them into our already full calendar. Unit was left after hours in our parking lot. When arriving the next morning, the unit would not start due to dead battery. We were able to move the unit into our shop for insurance repairs and completed the entire roof replacement per insurance estimate in three days. Called customer to inform them of completed repairs and customer asked us to give them an estimate on new carpet and vinyl flooring. Original carpet and vinyl replacement was near $5k with parts and customers said that was too much over their budget so we helped them out by lowering our labor rate to accommodate their budget. After reaching an agreed budget, our techs attempted to extend the slide and it would not operate. Unit was plugged in and still would not operate and found that the house batteries were completely dead. We hooked up a jumper box and slide room extended per design. Proceeded with carpet/lino replacement. Upon completion the room was retracted with no issue. We were asked to store their unit for 4 additional weeks which we did at no additional charge to customers. Unit was picked up and repairs were authorized as completed. When the client reached his destination (which was from CO to OK) the customer stated that the slide room would not extend. He asked us to drive to OK from CO to fix it and we told him that was not feasible. We asked them to take it to a local RV shop for repairs but to call prior to any repairs being made to determine if Colorado Precision RV was responsible. We did not receive a call from the repair facility and repairs were made. Customer then sent us the bill and expected us to pay the entire bill. After contacting the repair facility ourselves, and after speaking to the owner/tech he stated that the slide room control board failure was not due to our carpet install. We called customers to inform them of what was said and they said that they still expected us to pay for their entire bill. Customer suggested we pay for parts. In good faith, we offered to pay $300 for parts which was significantly more than the part cost at $150. Customers stated that was not enough and refused. Customer then reported us here. We have fantastic reviews as can be seen on google. We truly went above and beyond for this customer by making room for them on our very full calendar, to lower our labor cost to accommodate their budget for flooring, to storing their RV for a month for them at no charge when they couldn't get to us to pick up. Even at this point our offer still stands to pay them $300 in good faith.
