            **Dishonest and criminal business practices** If I could have done zero stars, I would have. The saddest thing about this is that the way they operate is SO aggressive that patrons don't have the opportunity to research the company until after they have been forced into a purchase. They prey on tourists who are visiting **** and have no way to have prior knowledge of the scathing reviews that exist online, over and over again with the same experience. The business is nontransparent about their NO REFUND policy and so patrons are left with worthless products and a huge hole in their wallet, as well as their ego. If you have been scammed by this business, IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT... these are trained con artists who have no moral compass. I call on BBB and the city of ****, ** to (at absolute minimum) require this business to post their no refund policy at their register(s). Ideally, the owners should be personally brought to legal justice so that they are not able to continue opening businesses in different names each time the clock runs out on their criminal activity.
