            I'm very disappointed with this company. I ordered a part from their website which cost $200 (CAD) including shipping. They called me a few days later to tell me that this part was out of stock and that for them to get it from their supplier would cost me another 30 to 40 dollars. Not horribly unreasonable, so I said okay, these things happen. I was not told any time frame if I chose to wait until the part was back in stock, just that I had to pay to have it shipped from their regular supplier (which I shouldn't have to pay at all; their inventory is their responsibility and their website makes no mention of the part being out of stock before processing payment). A couple weeks later they called to tell me that the shipping was actually 90 dollars, and that if I refuse they'll charge me a 20% restocking fee plus shipping back to their supplier (why would they send it back if it's a part they usually stock anyway? it makes no sense). I was told that it's stated on their website that prices are subject to change without notice. I was unable to find that anywhere on their site. I'm only rating one star because zero is not an option. I won't be ordering anything from them again.
