A couple days ago my boyfriends car broke down in front of cusson automotive after picking me up early in the morning for work. We tried getting a jump start but it wouldn't stay running. We walked over into cussons for help. A old grey haired man was sitting at his desk and seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He greeted everyone else. Listening to some guy saying call the cops and get our car towed because of body damage... I don't know because of our race. I don't want to go down that route yet. Finally he asked what we wanted rudly. He says it's $150.00 just to look at our car but because no appoinment if he even has time. Seemed like we were bothering him. Finally another young man came in that was total opposite and very nice and seemed concerned. He asked if that was our car outside in the road. He says let's go get all your information. I believe the old man's name was Don, says no let them go do that. He ignores him and still helped us get our things out of the car. We ended up getting a ride from a friend. Later in the day we got a call from I believe Jessie. He told us we need a new battery and alternator and I think a belt. Says the battery was the wrong size. Also the power steering didn't work. My boyfriend says to fix it and maybe if we could get a discount. Jessie says he'd ask. Put us on speaker. Thought it was good probably. We heard Don say I don't care about their car. There probably coming back from a drug deal. My boyfriend works for ****** Not a dealer. I heard Jessie say my boyfriend works for ***** and he would bring his I'd badge to prove it. We saw many ***** trucks being worked on there. Don says I don't care where he works. Is that how he treats his customers? Again don't want to pull the race card. But he seems like he is. Finally we came to pay. Bill was around 1100 with no discount discount. My boyfriend asked if $1000.00 cash was ok. Don said really I'm on the phone. No pay your bill. Cash doesn't do anything for me.
