Should be zero stars. By accident I inadvertenly called their Company because their phone is one digit off from ***** **** number. I told them why I was calling about my ***** card and the rep stated that they were ***** bank (obviously lying - using the information I shared). By stating that they were ***** bank, they managed to get my credit card info and other personal information, all the while I thought that I was speaking with ***** bank. They also insisted that I would not be responsible or was signing up for any promotions, that I just had to listen in order to get my ***** verification code. I should have been suspicious but since I called them, I thought it was legitimately *****, and they then led me to believe that was the case. Once I figured out that this did not seem legitimate, I told them I thought it was a scam, they hung up and by the time I checked my credit card usage, I had been charge for OnePerk. I subsequently called back to see if they would try something scammy again, they did, requested my bank name and account information which I did not provide. This company should be ashamed and the BBB should shut them down. They are not legit. I am trying to figure out who else I can contact. I have spent the past few hours, freezing accounts and cancelling credit cards thanks to this Company and its fraudulent charges...oh and when you call, they claim that it is a technical issue that sends the call to them and that they have nothing to do with the scamming people, even though they also ask for bank checking numbers and credit card numbers pretending to be charging for S&H. Don't believe it. There is a reason that their phone number is one digit off from ***** - and it is intended to scam

MVQ PERK PLACE CHARGED ME $2.99 AND UNFORTUNATELY I JUST FOUND THE CHARGE 2 MO- NTHS LATER,AND THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH THEM.I HAD JUST FINISHED FIND- 2 OTHER CHARGES FOR SE- RVICES I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR BUT I AM GETTING A RE-FUND FROM THOSE 2 COMPANIES!I AM GOING TO SCRUTINIZE MY BANK STA- TEMENTS MORE CLOSELY FROM NOW ON.SO I THINK BECAUSE I HAVE NO WAY OF SPEAKING TO YOU OT- HER THAN THIS WAY,YOU GUYS "SUCK" AND ARE NO- THING BUT SCAMMERS LIKE THE ONES YOU TALK ABO- UT.YOU ARE NO DIFFERE- ENT?I WILL SEE ON ***** **** WHAT OTHER PEO- PLE HAVE TO SAY ABOUT YOU AND THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS?

I called *** ***embership number to renew my membership and after doing so was transferred to **** Perk Place and was charged $3.99 and immediately sent them an email to cancel their services immediately and refund my money. I never wanted their services and was sent to their number without my full consent as I could hardly understand the individual on the ***embership number of AAA. I called the local office of AAA and they insured me that they have resolved the matter and that I will not be transferred to another number from their office. I believe that **** Perk Place is running a scam.

This is a wrong number scammer. They have 800 numbers very close to national bank and national company phone numbers. Miss dial and they scam your bank card and start charging for a coupon service.

This company keeps charging my debit card. I have no idea what this is.

This so called company One Perk Place took from my account $23.87; I had never heard of this company at all until I saw this charge and called my debit card company!! I am furious that this illegal happenings are still going on; quite frankly this is the first time this has happened to me because I never bought stuff on the Internet with a debit or credit card because I was so scared to lose money I cannot afford to lose because I am on disability and I currently have a Wound Vacuum attached to my foot because of a large open sore that I went to the hospital in an ambulance so I don’t go anywhere and I am single so absolutely no one has access to my card!! Take this charge off because I turned you in to our local newspapers and told everyone I have even put up flyers and sent all information to 911 and my local police!! I am not playing because now I am behind in my bills. I have no extra to live on. How can you take money from a debit card that is my disability; you should be ashamed!!!

They keep trying to charge my card. They claim my account is canceled yet are still trying to charge me! I now can't use my card until they stop the charges! ' BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!

PerkPlace added charges on my checking account that I never authorized.

I have been charged $14.97 and I wanna know why I never heard of 1PerkPlace so I wanna know why you thought it was ok to take some money out of mines and these other peoples accounts
