I am disputing the charge from a digital house plan I purchased. They did not provide what was advertised. They advertised 10' ceilings, which is what we wanted all across the home. They did not specify that every room had a different ceiling height. This is extremely important and makes a huge difference in building the home. I contacted the seller right after the purchase to discuss this because they did not make it known until After I had the "plans". They were not willing to discuss, refund, or help with any possible options. I contacted them several other times as well. This was not what they advertised, not what we wanted. They also sold the plans with the original owners name and address printed right on the plans. This is not very ethical and I am sure the homeowner did not appreciate that. Since we brought up several issues with the plans they removed from the internet but offered no compensation or amends to make this right. confronted the business about the ceiling heights right after purchase. They were not willing to work with us. 2) We did look diligently for a builder who could build this home. We spent quite a bit of time researching and checking around. This house could not have even been built from the "plans" that were sent. 3) COVID caused a lot of problems for us and it has taken us a log time to recover and get back on our feet. I did file a BBB complaint against eplans quite a while back. Looking it over Henley Woods may be part of eplans as well. I would just like to see this get resolved. They falsely advertised what they were selling. The ceiling heights were not 10'. There was not enough detail in these plans to even build a home.
