              If I could leave 0 stars, I would... before my first virtual appointment, I was told that I would need to pay $50 for the virtual appointment and then another $50 for the in-person appointment. When I went for the in-person appointment, they told me that they could only move forward with diagnostics if I paid $350 out of pocket. This worried me since I had never been to a referred practice that wouldn't accept insurance, but they reassured me, telling me that after diagnostics that insurance would cover treatment. And because I was referred there by Pike Creek Dental (Dr.Whitney) so that I could move forward with Invisalign, I went ahead and paid the $350. Once they ran all of their tests, they sent me back in a separate office with a billing coordinator, where she had Dr.Robinson's book on her desk, and told me that I would need to pay $4000 for treatment and that insurance wouldn't cover it. They didn't even run my insurance... To me, this seems like a total scam. Looks like I'm finding a new dentist and orthodontist.
