I think for a corporation as big as this, and multicultural, as a loyal customer that use their device and has kept them for years, I was disgusted by the company and their employees! The customer service was overwhelmingly exhausting, and inhumane! There was no actual help from the technicians at the Apple Store. I made an appointment showed up before they open patiently waiting to explain how I was being locked out my phone after trying to help my friend find hers, and my phone is how I pay bills and work, as I am one of **** and **** best driver and with out this my whole life stops and I can not work! It all started yesterday after one of their techs advised my friend they could help her locating her cell phone and walked her through the prompts as he explained to hit reset password word she specifically asked if this would enable his phone by any means and was told no! She decided to continue since he promised nothing will happen to my phone, he told her to enter her Lock Screen number and then it went through and wouldn’t do anything else, he then said no worries I’ll get it done and call was disconnected. Once that cleared she called her phone Carrier to have her phone and SIM card disabled in the event someone tries to use it, which they did. My phone was working up until this point and an hour later I was locked out my phone and noticed my Lock Screen number went from 4-6, it kept saying try again and each time it went on for hours. I woke up for appointment with apple got there and basically was brushed off and told me the only way is to wipe out the device but on return I will loose everything! Then we explained what happened and was told that we had to of changed it because they can’t! I was devastated and expressed this is how I make my living, the tech brushed me off and left me on one of their phones too call tech support. The hold time was ridiculous and basically came home and waited and stated they can’t help! Still no help, it can take months!
