I experienced water damage during Hurricane *** when a pipe burst in my bathroom. Two adjusters from No Stress Insurance company came out to assess the damage, but when the owner, ***********, was scheduled to arrive, he never showed up. I was left to deal with my insurance company on my own. Despite sending numerous emails with documentation of the damage, and receipts, the company lost them, costing me thousands of dollars that could have gone towards my home repairs. During this tough time, I felt like just a number, with no concern for myself or my three children. The incident occurred in October 2022 and it is now April 2024, and I still have not received any payment. Although a check was issued by my insurance company and the adjuster has already cashed their portion, I am yet to receive any funds. This company is not what it claims to be; they say anything to get your business, but when you need them the most, they treat you poorly. They have no regard for your family or your home. I advise others to go somewhere else where their needs will be taken seriously. Due to the slow movement of the company, mold set in behind the walls, and as a result, my daughter developed asthma. I ended up losing more than I gained, all because I contacted the wrong business.
