I would give this business negative stars if I could. I ordered a gift basket which was "The Delicious Chocolate Truffles Gift Set". Should have contained 5 chocolate products (bar, pretzels, almonds, truffles and a brittle) all packaged in blue in a wooden box. Looked great on the website. It was just under $80.00 which included shipping. Website said it was in stock. What my friend received was two Hershey chocolate bars, a piece of cranberry cheddar cheese, a package of beef jerky and a bag of candies. Certainly not anywhere near the price I paid for the basket and nothing which I ordered. When I called **************** I was told I would have to send an e-mail which I did explaining I was very unhappy with what they did and I wanted a full refund. Their reply was that they could change any items in the basket due to what they had in stock. I asked why it showed in stock on line and why they did not contact me which is what it said they would do but they told me they were too busy to call. This is in January which I don't believe is a very busy season. I checked their website and they are still offering this item in stock. I brought that to their attention and they say they just didn't update the site. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. After many e-mails they offered me a 30% discount. I told them I want all my money back. Of course they would prefer to keep my money as they have certainly done with other customers. Stay away from this company from what I am reading they falsely advertise and send nothing of what was ordered.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers- fragrant freesia and a bottle of French Veuve Clicquot Rose.A bouquet of few carnations, roses and few other plants was delivered -not one freesia while the quality of the bouquet was very poor; a bottle of ********* instead of the *************************** was also delivered. The company makes substitutions, does not contact the customer - and the substitutions are NOT comparable to what it is ordered. I would have not approved either of them for what I wanted delivered. I do not recommend this company, I will not purchase ever from them again. They do not deserve my business and I do not think their substitution practices are fair.

I ordered three Christmas gift baskets each more than $100. ********** arrived fine although I dont know if the contents was accurate. The MA one was not even shipped on the day of delivery, my assistant spent hours on the phone with them. The ** one shipped on time on 19th to be delivered on 21st. *** tracking now shows delivery on 29th. There was no notification and customer service doesnt respond. Nobody needs a Santa themed set 5 days after Christmas, the company clearly does false advertising.

Same day delivery took weeks and the product, a fruit and cheese basket, was so damaged it was trashed. A daughters expensive birthday gift!

This does not even rated as 1 star.Beware of the company that has this statement in their policy. There are a lot of them operates this bad practice. These companies are scammers. They also add their own fake reviews to make customers believe."Substitution Policy For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in our product." Very disappointed. I ordered 4X $25.00 worth lotion sent me substitution lotion made in ***** in their company's name. Scent is horrible. They added other 6 different snacks that are all expired.Read other reviews from trustpilot and search feedbacks about this company before ordering.

Do not use this company - they take your money, make cheaper item substitutions, don't deliver on time, send dead flowers and won't give any type of refund because it's in their fine print. And they don't notify you if an item is being substituted because of their "high volume" of orders. They substituted the "expensive" chardonnay I ordered with a very cheap red wine. Shady, shady company. I would give them a negative 100 stars if I could.

We have a client for whom we sent a gift basket for their start of shooting. The company they used was *************** and they not only failed to make the delivery and alert us of when they can resent but are charging an extra $20 for redelivery which will take 5-7 business days (this was a local delivery right near the client's office and originally scheduled for next day delivery). It's a negative reflection not only on my boss, but our company. I've had positive experiences with ********** in the past but judging by not only myself but the overwhelming amount of negative feedback *************** has received online, including allegations of fraud, it is not a good reflection on ********** to be collaborating with them.
