Dear *******, we are sorry to here that this is how you feel about our company, However you are not telling the entire story- using all the facts. Without going into too much details- i would like to mention that along the entire process of dealing with you- We gave you all the options and scenarios and gave you the several options to choose from and where very transparent with you all along the way.
When we have realized that you where still not satisfied- we offered to refund your payment to you out of good faith. You then thanked us and said you will get back to us- but we never heard from you till now in this review.
Once again- we are sure we can come to a salution in house- if you would like so.
The friendly Roofing & A/C Team will always be here to resolve your problems and make things right! we are here for all our customers- Including you.
