            I contracted with Accurate Pavers in the summer of 2022, they installed my driveway in December of 2022. At that time they wanted to take a 9 x 12 inch paver and place have half of the paver over the garage cement slab, and the other half over sand. I explained this was not a good idea since the cars going in and out of the garage would loosen and crack the pavers; which is what happened. They came out in the summer of 2023 and supposedly put cement under the pavers where there was sand and replaced cracked pavers. This was done in about 2 hours, when I returned they were already done. I thought to myself there is no way they pulled all the cracked / pavers along the garage slab and pored concrete and replaced the pavers in 2 hours. Sure enough again the pavers are all lose from the cars driving over them; and are starting to crack again. To resolve this issue, the pavers need to be pulled and a thick cement base against the garage slab or a footer needs to be put in place-then the pavers laid back down. I called this past April twice and was promised a phone call. I called again in May with no return call. Lastly, I am angered by the fact I have fixed myself 20 other pavers on the lanai steps that had become lose within 2 months of installation. I spent a great deal of money with Accurate I should not have to go behind them to fix their mistakes. I have hired other paver companies and never had issues like this.

            Very bad experience with this company on a small project. At the end of the day they needed to rework the job twice. The result of the second repair was $2,000 in lanai screen and cage damage they refused to address. We now need to pay for these repairs ourselves.Our experience is any post-sales issues are ignored. It is next to impossible to get sales, service or management to respond to workmanship issues. In addition, the two owners exhibit extreme arrogance and start from a position of the customer is wrong. Their approach appears to be to ignore you and just wear you down so you go away.
